Tiffiany is a highly motivated, self-driven, cooperative, and spiritually led woman of God. She has an astute vision for the homeless, injustice, and community needs. Through her sorority and ministry, she is structured as a servant and through her preaching she draws others to Christ.
Minister Tiffiany A. Chamberliss is a native of Pittsburgh, PA. Graduated from David B. Oliver High School and Harrison Career Institute. She also attended the Metro Urban Institute of the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Christian Leadership program and the Mt. Ararat Theological Academy. Tiffiany received her certification in Leadership Communications in Organizations (University of Phoenix), Chaplaincy (CUBM Geneva College) and received a Bachelor of Science in Communications degree at The University of Phoenix.
After much prayer and confirmation, Alpha Iota Alpha Christian Sorority, Inc. (AIA) was birthed in two thousand and thirteen and officially incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania in 2015. Tiffiany was seeking a Christian sisterhood that can form close personal bonds, grow deeper in Christ, and serve in community service projects around the city and surrounding areas. She also has a passion for social justice issues in the community.
Tiffiany was called to ministry and was licensed to preach the gospel in two thousand and thirteen under the leadership of Rev. Dr. William H. Curtis. Tiffiany is working in full time ministry as an Associate Minister at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, and as Pulpit Supply preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ in the states of Pennsylvania and Ohio. Minister Adrienne Lindsay is a native of Penn Hills Township in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she embarked upon her lifetime service in ministry as Director of Youth Council at First Baptist Church Penn Hills. She was married, and is a proud parent of one lovely daughter, Nicole. Min. Lindsay attended Community College of Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, and concentrated in Biological Science, prior to becoming Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic 1 at Wilkinsburg EMS. She continued to work towards a degree in Human Resource Management. Then she began working as an Administrative Assistant in research at an inpatient unit at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. Min. Lindsay accepted the call to ministry in 2008, and completed Minister In Training for Vocational Ministry, Mt. Ararat Theological Academy at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania; she was licensed to preach the gospel on September 30, 2013. Min. Lindsay is a graduate of the Christian Leadership In Urban Ministry at the Metro Urban Institute-Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Pittsburgh PA. Adrienne received her certificate in Chaplaincy from CUBM Geneva College. She is continuing to work towards completing a degree in Divinity, and Theology. Min. Lindsay currently works for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, is an Associate Minister at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, and preaches the gospel throughout the city of Pittsburgh and surrounding, areas as needed. She is extremely notable for her prayer life and is quite prominent in meeting the needs of those who are grief stricken and who have a need to be comforted.

Chelsey Washington is a native of Pittsburgh, Pa. A graduate from Penn Hills High
School. She attended Edinboro University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in
Social Science. She also attended Colorado Technical University and graduated with a
Master of Science in Criminal Justice. Chelsey Washington works locally in Law Enforcement, specifically in the Community Engagement Office where she is committed to serving her community and bridging the gap between the Community and Law Enforcement. Chelsey has a passion for problem solving and helping women and children in need. Her organization skills and community development service enhance closing the gap between civilian life and those responsible for maintaining and enforcing the law. Chelsey enjoys spending time with family and her young daughter.
