Minister Tiffiany A. Chamberliss is a native of Pittsburgh, PA. Graduated from David B. Oliver High School and Harrison Career Institute. She also attended the Metro Urban Institute of the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary Christian Leadership program and the Mt. Ararat Theological Academy. Tiffiany received her certification in Leadership Communications in Organizations and is currently pursuing her Communications degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership at The University of Phoenix. After much prayer and confirmation, AIA was birthed in two thousand and thirteen. Tiffiany was seeking a Christian sisterhood that can form close personal bonds, grow deeper in Christ, and serve in community service projects around the city and surrounding areas. She also has a passion for social justice issues in the community. Tiffiany was called to ministry and was licensed to preach the gospel in two thousand and thirteen under the leadership of Rev. Dr. William H. Curtis. She currently works in healthcare for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Tiffiany is working in full time ministry as an Associate Minister, Spiritual Leader of the Next Level Small Cell Groups at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, and as Pulpit Supply preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ in the states of Pennsylvania and Ohio. Tiffiany lives in the city of Pittsburgh with her husband Ronnie and four children Emmanuel, Taylor, Sienna, and Savannah.

Cheryl Blackshear- Coleman, was born on 6-29-78, is a 16 year resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Cheryl enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two daughters ages 18, 27, son age 13, and one granddaughter age 5. She has been blessed to have experience in many fields over the years. This includes restaurant management, teaching children from ages 5-14, working with adults with disabilities, and graduated from Harrison Career Institute as a Medical Assistant.
Cheryl stands very strong in faith and believes that it is her duty/mission to help others. She feels that her life's experiences can be beneficial to so many. Cheryl puts emphasis on empathy and feels that with empathy, patience, and understanding, that we are all different yet created equally; she can help to create change.

Chanteera Blackshear was born 1/22/93 in Ohio. She is a 16 year resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a proud mommy of her 5 year old daughter, Xyla. Chanteera is CNA and a young lady of many talents. Chanteera enjoys baking, party planning and decor, making baskets, etc...

Minister Adrienne Lindsay is a native of Penn Hills Township in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; where she embarked upon her lifetime service
in ministry as Director of Youth Council at First Baptist Church Penn Hills. She was married, and is a proud parent of one lovely daughter,
Nicole. Min. Lindsay attended Community College of Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, in Biological Science, prior to becoming Emergency Medical
Technician-Paramedic 1 at Wilkinsburg EMS. She continued to work towards a degree in Human Resource Management. Then she began working
as an Administrative Assistant in research and an inpatient unit at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. Min. Lindsay accepted the call to ministry in 2008, and completed Minister In Training for Vocational Ministry, Mt. Ararat Theological Academy at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania; she was licensed to preach the gospel on September 30, 2013. Min. Lindsay is a graduate of the Christian Leadership In Urban Ministry at the Metro Urban Institute-Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Pittsburgh PA. She is continuing to work towards completing a degree in Divinity, and Theology. Min. Lindsay currently works for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Associate Minster at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, and preach the gospel throughout the city of Pittsburgh and surrounding areas as needed.
