Greetings! Welcome to Alpha Iota Alpha Christian Sorority, Incorporated. I greet you in the name of our soon coming King, Jesus Christ. I am the Original Ace, Foundation, and my Sorors call me Big Sister Visionary.
I always dreamed of being a member of a Greek Sorority and planned to pledge during my undergrad studies. However, due to financial and life circumstances, I could not complete my studies. Thus, I never lost the urge to become apart of the wonderful identity that comes with Greek Sisterhood. My dream and goal were to pledge, But God! God had other plans for me. God birthed the vision of AIA in 2013. I never imagined being ordained to start an entire Christian Greek Organization. I am so excited and proud that I was obedient and incorporated AIA on September 15, 2015 which is known as Founder’s Day.
Since 2015, AIA has come a long way. Yes, we had many setbacks during this process. Yes, we had many trials and tribulations. Yes, we had many storms to overcome. But God! I am blessed that God chose us to experience the many uphill battles in the beginning stages of our Organization and taught us the skills, talents, wisdom, and knowledge to maintain longevity for future years to come.
I created a like minded space where women of God of any race or culture can come together in authentic, non-judgmental Sisterhood. I designed a space where women of God can grow together on their journey in Christ with Fellowship. I provided an opportunity where women of God can come together to use their gifts and talents to uplift the Kingdom of God with Serving the community and surrounding areas. We stand firm on John 3:16 which represents Faith, Love, and Forgiveness.
